Service Adjustment Policy

We have a 7 day haircut adjustment policy. If your cut was not what you expected, please call us immediately.

*If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your formal styling please make us aware before checking out.

We will do our best to accommodate you and make an adjustment to your satisfaction. No refunds will be issued after checking out.

Long or thick hair will incur an extra charge per the discretion of the stylist.

  • Price upon consultation. Consult required.

  • We have a 7 day color adjustment policy. If your color was not what you expected, please call us immediately.

  • A hairline color can only be booked if you have had a base color 6 weeks prior. We have a 7 day color adjustment policy.

  • We are not responsible for the outcome of your hair color, if prior to coming to us, you have used box (store bought) color. Upon consultation, your stylist may not feel comfortable performing the service because not only can box color compromise hair health and condition, but it also often has unpredictable results. With that being said, box color and professional color just don’t mix well.

  • Please do not come to your color service with overly dirty hair. Heavy product/ oil buildup can cause the color to go on unevenly and cause the color to be diluted. It is ideal to wash your hair the day before your color service.

  • Blow dry not included with color services. We highly recommend that a first time color should book a blow dry to ensure that you are satisfied with your service.
