Salon Apprentice Program

We believe that everyone should be a forever student. We were inspired by Candy Shaw a long time ago and continue to say, “When you’re green, you grow. When you’re ripe, you rot.”

The Apprentice program is a customized learning experience. Everyone learns in a different way and our educators can cater to the individual’s learning style. Our program offers incredible value that would be hard to find anywhere else and with so many stylists to admire, there is always someone to observe and learn from. Almost all of the stylists have been in your shoes, so they get it! And they know what it takes to reach an elite level. Their advice and mentoring are unmatched. They love to help and teach and watch you grow, achieve goals, and level up. Any answer you need is just a chair away!

The program is not a pre-determined length of time.

We consider the program to be graduate school to Cosmetology school. In Cosmetology school, you learn the basics. In our Apprentice program, you’ll learn each skill individually and in-depth. Our program is a golden package with everything you need to achieve great success! There will be theory, mannequin practice, and model practice. Once you’re ready, we’ll give you floor time to take clients. Topics include French cutting, balayage, highlighting, clipper cuts, French blow drying, color formulation, lived-in color, Cezanne smoothing treatment, and formal styling. Our clients know we’re a teaching salon and are happy to be models and cheer you on.

When you complete all the program classes, you’ll be fully confident in your skills and yourself. We’ll coach to your strengths and interests, focusing on the target market/type of clientele and book you want to build that will bring fulfillment and joy. You’ll be fully ready to go and build a book that you love.

You’ll earn an hourly wage while in the Apprentice program and transition to commission compensation once you’re on the floor. Your earning potential is in your control!
