Kelly S.
Massage Therapist
I graduated from a therapeutic massage program at Spa Tech Institute in Plymouth, MA. In June 2006 and began working at Keldara in July that very year. In addition I studied hot stone massage at Sacred Stone Healing in Middleton, RI, Oncology Support Massage with Tracy Walton in Watertown, Ma., and Therapeutic Cupping Massage through the International Cupping Therapy Association.
I am truly honored to been able to stay in a working environment where I’ve been able to meet the needs of many clients and serve the community in this way. I believe the massage is an interactive and intuitive practice and my main interest is the well-being of my clients. I don’t impose a “ no pain, no gain” philosophy and I’m dedicated to supporting clients in meeting their goals of injury recovery, personal growth, athletic achievement or successful transition through a difficult chapter in their lives (illness, trauma, divorce, death of a loved one, career change). I believe in the bodies ability to heal itself and that massage therapy is one of the many paths to restoring or maintaining one’s health. I also do my best to encourage self care. The most important thing I can do as a massage therapist is to listen to the client and give them the session they want to the best of my ability. I enjoy combo massages as they allow for customization with deeper work where needed and lighter work for pure relaxation. I love providing cupping therapy because of its many benefits. I also love working with our CBD products because of their possible many benefits…even better Hot Stone with CBD!!! Make it a 90 minute! We only have one body, it’s time for your massage!
